Tony White
Tony has been referred to as the “Soft Skills Training Specialist.” When it comes to experience with diverse industries as well as different levels in the organizational hierarchy, Tony’s experience is hard to beat. He has worked with over 500 private and 300 public sector clients in the past twenty years encompassing over 10,000 participants.
As well as running his own training and development company www.tonywhitetraining.com, Tony has been a Senior Consultant with Practical Management, Inc. since 1992. Tony is a regular instructor and facilitator at the University of Toronto, York University, Justice Institute of British Columbia and the American University of Kuwait.
Tony’s role in Power Training for Today’s Adult Educator was to take the original program How to Teach Grown-Ups and move the program from the past into the present by offering it as a digital workbook coupled with audio files that give you access to the information in a more functional way for today’s technology driven world. Tony also created the short video clips that augment some of the core audio components.
Frank Hoffman
Frank Hoffman is the cofounder of Practical Management, Inc. Frank’s experience with adult learning includes a number of faculty memberships including ones at UCLA Extension and Cal Tech Industrial Relations Center. Frank has held Instructor and Manger of Training positions with the US Civil Service Commission, C&H Sugar Corporation, Tidewater/Getty Oil Company, and The Marquardt Corporation.
Frank has authored and coauthored courses for Managers and Supervisors attended by over 900,000 participants! He also coauthored two extremely popular courses (Effective Classroom Instruction and Managing the Training Function.
Frank is the expert facilitator that will guide you through the audio and digital workbooks.
